Our truck had an issue with the rear differential on our way home from Montana and 380 miles from home. The local AutoZone recommended Al’s for repair. We called to get it looked at and unfortunately they don’t deal with rear ends. However, they did recommend another local shop that was able to help us out. Even though Al’s was not able to work on our truck, they still helped us find a place to get it repaired. Being from out of town we had no idea who to go to. Thank you for the recommendation.

Al's is amazing! I came to them with a car that had been giving me some issues, they listened and helped me get to the source of the problem. They are a very kind staff, always offering to give me free oil checks or tire inspections. I highly recommend Al's to anyone in Cedar Rapids having any questions or issues with their car. They are fast, reliable, great prices and always put their customers first.

Gavin has done really good work on my car and has no issues taking the car back if a fix wasn’t up to standards. Very transparent and honest with things.

I just purchased a used 2015 Chevy Suburban and it needed some repairs. I'm new in town so I began asking my new friends just where would be a good garage to take the truck and they all said Als Full Service Automotive. I did indeed take it to Als and I CANNOT express what a great decision this really turned out to be! These fellas are the best around! There knowledge and expertise is above excellence! Their honesty and integrity is beyond any experience I've encountered in many years. I'm in my 50s! I will be taking all my vehicles here as well as recommending family members! These fellas ARE AWESOME!

Had something go wrong after replacing my tires somewhere else so I brought it to Al's to see what was up. Dropped it off and waited for the call and the guy on the phone was super kind and informative. I loved that they provided photos and videos of everything. They also did a complete look over all other systems and parts of my car to give me an overall idea of how it was doing otherwise which was SO NICE. I feel like other places act like they simply can't be bothered to do something as simple as a look over to give you peace of mind. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back in here. Thank you guys so much!
